A quote-funnel site for a Utah window and door company that turns local search into booked consultations
EPIC Windows & Doors makes and installs windows and doors across Utah. We built their B2C marketing site: a multi-step quote funnel, a 41-post blog hub, five location pages, full product sections, and an admin CMS so the team can run SEO and pages without a developer.
- Multi-step quote funnel that branches on new construction vs replacement, includes a product selector and a location step, and ends with a contact form that validates the phone number.
- Blog hub with 41 posts organized by topic.
- Showroom locator with five location pages (Salt Lake City, Provo, St. George, Park City, Riverdale), each with its own hours and service areas.
- Product sections for windows (double-hung, casement, sliding, bay and bow) and doors (fiberglass, steel, bi-fold).
- SEO metadata system with canonical tags, OpenGraph, and Twitter cards.
Where they were stuck.
- ✕Homeowners shop new construction and replacement very differently. The site had to route each path instead of forcing everyone through one long generic form.
- ✕EPIC sells a real range: double-hung, casement, sliding, and bay/bow windows, plus fiberglass, steel, and bi-fold doors. Each one needs its own page so buyers find the exact thing they search for.
- ✕The company serves five Utah markets: Salt Lake City, Provo, St. George, Park City, and Riverdale. Each needs to rank locally with its own hours and service areas, not get buried on one contact page.
- ✕A quote lead is worthless if the phone number is fake. The form had to validate contact details before a lead reached the team.
- ✕The owner needed to update SEO and page content without calling a developer every time.
What we did.
- Mapped the buyer journey to a multi-step funnel that splits new construction from replacement up front, then moves through product selection, location, and contact.
- Built a separate, indexable page for every window type, door type, and showroom.
- Wired a full SEO metadata system across the site and put it behind an admin CMS the team controls directly.
- Built the front end on Next.js 16 and React 19 with Tailwind and Framer Motion, deployed on Vercel.
The build.
