Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you submit a form, book a call, download a resource, or chat with us, we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), company, website, monthly ad budget, primary goal, timeline, and anything else you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we automatically collect IP address, user-agent string, device type, screen size, referrer, pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, and click events. We use cookies and similar technologies (including localStorage) to do this.

Information from partners. We work with reverse-IP and identity-graph providers (e.g., RB2B) to identify the company associated with a visitor's IP. We never use this for individual-person identification without consent.

To respond to inquiries, fulfill services, send the resources you requested, and operate our business.

To improve the Site, measure marketing performance, run A/B tests, and personalize content (e.g., the Growth Brief experience).

To send marketing communications you've consented to. You can unsubscribe at any time.

To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We share personal information with vetted processors who support our operations:

HighLevel (LeadConnector) — customer relationship management and lead routing.

Google Analytics 4 + Google Tag Manager — traffic analytics.

Microsoft Clarity — session recordings and heatmaps.

PostHog — product analytics and feature flags.

Meta (Facebook) Pixel + Conversions API — ad performance measurement.

Anthropic (Claude API) — powers AI-personalized copy on certain pages. We do not send PII to Claude.

RB2B — reverse-IP company identification (B2B only, opt-in by visit).

Vercel — hosting infrastructure.

Each processor handles data per their own privacy terms and standard contractual clauses where applicable.

We use first-party and third-party cookies for: (a) functional purposes (form persistence, session continuity), (b) analytics, and (c) advertising measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser; some Site features may not work as expected.

Visitors in the EEA, UK, and similar jurisdictions see a consent banner and can accept, decline, or customize cookie use before non-essential cookies fire.

California (CCPA/CPRA). You may request access, deletion, correction, and opt-out of “sale or sharing” (we don't sell personal information for cash).

EU/UK (GDPR/UK GDPR). You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any right, email hello@senatormarketing.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We respond within 30 days.

We retain lead and customer data for as long as it serves an active business purpose and as required by law. Marketing-only contacts who have not engaged in 24 months are pruned.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards (TLS in transit, access control, principle of least privilege) but no system is 100% secure.

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

What we send. With your consent, we send transactional text messages such as new-lead alerts to business owners and staff who have asked to receive them, and confirmations or reminders to people who have submitted a request on a website we operate. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.

How you opt in. Staff recipients opt in by requesting alerts in writing and providing their mobile number. Website visitors opt in by checking an unchecked SMS consent box on a form and providing their mobile number. Consent is never bundled into our Terms of Service or into any other agreement: ticking that box is the only way to consent.

Opting in is optional. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services, of creating an account, or of completing any transaction. Leaving the consent box unchecked still completes the sign-up and we send the same alerts by email instead. If you decline, we do not keep the mobile number you typed.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies based on activity. Message and data rates may apply.

How you opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@senatormarketing.com.

No sharing of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
