Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Depending on where you live (for example under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act or the California Privacy Rights Act), you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for targeted advertising. You can exercise that right below.
What we share, and with whom
To measure and improve our advertising, we share limited identifiers — such as a hashed version of your email or phone number and advertising cookie IDs — with Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) through its Pixel and Conversions API. Under some state laws this counts as a "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising, even though we receive no money for it.
Two ways to opt out
1. Use the button above. It saves a preference on this browser and tells our servers not to share your information with advertising partners. Because it is stored as a cookie, it applies to this browser and device, and clearing your cookies will reset it.
2. Turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC). Many browsers and privacy extensions can send a GPC signal on every site you visit. We detect and honor that signal automatically — no button click needed.
What still happens
Opting out does not stop us from providing the services you ask for. If you submit a form or book a call, we still use your information to respond and to fulfill your request — we simply stop sharing it with advertising partners for targeted advertising.
Other privacy requests
To request access to or deletion of your personal information, or for any other privacy question, email hello@senatormarketing.com. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
