Terms of Service

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Site to violate any law, infringe any rights, distribute malware, scrape at abusive volumes, or attempt to disrupt our infrastructure.

Some features (forms, magnets, calendar) require submitting your information. You agree your submissions are accurate and that you have the right to share them.

Engagement of Senator's professional services (paid media, lead gen, web, etc.) is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) executed at the start of the engagement. Site copy is illustrative only; actual deliverables are scoped in the SOW.

Outcome ranges, case-study figures, and claims on this Site reflect actual past client results and are not guarantees of future performance for any specific engagement.

All Site content, including copy, design, code, logos, and downloadable resources, is owned by Senator or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not redistribute or resell our resources without permission.

The Site contains links to third-party properties (e.g., HighLevel calendar, social profiles). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those parties.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senator's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site shall not exceed $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow limitation of incidental or consequential damages; in those cases this limit applies to the extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Senator harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas, USA, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.

Accepting these Terms does not opt you into text messages, and nothing in this section asks you to agree to receive them. Consent to receive text messages is collected separately, only on our opt-in form at senatormarketing.com/sms-alerts, and only when you tick a box that we never pre-tick. This section describes how the program works if you choose to opt in. If you never tick that box, you will not be texted.

Text messages are optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase, of creating an account, of completing any transaction, or of using any Senator Marketing service. Every alert we send by text is also available by email, and declining text messages does not limit any service you receive from us.

If you do opt in, you will receive transactional text messages from Senator Marketing, including new-lead alerts for the business you work with and confirmations or reminders about a request you submitted on a website we operate. Messages are sent on behalf of Senator Marketing and, where noted in the message, on behalf of a client business whose website we operate.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@senatormarketing.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You are responsible for keeping the mobile number you gave us current and for notifying us if it changes.
